The Weekly Journey:

• Warm welcome to settle in and synergize with group
• Centering rituals vary each week, such as breath-work, sound, or body awareness.
• Guided inner meditation journey offers a 15–20 minute journey—designed to restore balance, soften tension, and awaken your natural clarity.
• Reflective closing offers a space for journaling or quiet insight. Instructors closure and announcements. 
• Optional post-session sharing: Stay after to share a 1-minute insight or “pearl” that arose—deepening your connection and reflection.
