Daily Holistic Class Schedule may include Yoga, Meditation, DanceĀ & Qi Gong
Daily routines and exercise techniques such as meditation, yoga, and qi gong assist in bringing a moment-by-moment awareness and fitness to the mind, body and spirit.

Weekdays
12:00pm-12:30pm: Noontime Centering Practice w/ OMS Staff
An embodiment practice complimentary with your retreat that is centering and grounding.
Saturdays
9:00am-10:00am: Chai Chats w/ Mary Liske and Special Guests
Chai Chats are an invitation for the local and global community to gather with a qualified professional(s) who will share holistic knowledge in the form of a presentation or demonstration on health, sustainable practices and wellbeing. These educational seminar topics rotate and guests receive a cup of Chai Tea from AppalaChai, a local family business in Black Mountain, NC.
10:30am-11:30am: Hatha Yoga Flow with Hayley Storm
Sundays
9:00am-10:00am: Tibetan Hatha Yoga w/ Cari Rae Woodfield
10:30am-11:30am: Empowerment Qi Gong w/ Stanley Owenby
All Holistic Classes are sliding scale tuition: $5-$25+ Please pay the instructor directly.
Retreatants attending class will be graced with a 12:00pm checkout time.
Meet in the 2nd floor lobby 5-10 minutes prior to class to identify class location. Classes are typically held in the Serenity Garden or Multi-purpose room. Please wear comfortable outdoor/indoor clothing.
Holistic Class sign up sheets will be located at the front desk the night before each class.
