“Authentic Voicework”

is a systematic approach of releasing pressure in the energetic fields of the body (physical, psychosomatic self) through vocal exercise, singing games, sounds and breathwork to access the unencumbered natural voice within. Through this Yoga of the Voice practice, layers of misconceptions, illusions and false beliefs about one’s voice will peel away, ultimately yielding a quiet mediation and surrender, unveiling new potential. Eligible for 12-CEs (NCBTMB Approved). ***Participants will receive a complimentary ticket to Stephanie’s Friday night performance at OM Sanctuary on October 14th at 7:30pm
