This class is designed for older adults. We will be working with Chen Tai Chi and applying its principals through Taoist Circle Walking and Qigong exercises. Chen Tai Chi is a moving form of meditation, which focuses on spiral movements to help to build balance and whole body awareness.
We learn how to move the body as a whole unit rather than as separated parts, creating a harmony within ourselves leading to greater mental awareness and overall health. To learn more about Chen Tai Chi, visit www.dragonphoenix.org.
