Today’s environment of rapid change and diminishing resources can sometimes feel overwhelming yet it requires personal and professional resilience.  Do you sometimes feel that the caring which brought you into your job or community and family commitments threatens to wear you down?  How can we use our caring and compassion for personal and professional growth and sustenance?  This retreat conference will explore three of the skills you need to develop resilience: awareness, release, and self-discovery.  You will gain tools to sustain your recaptured energy and excitement after you leave the retreat setting.

In the serene setting of OM Sanctuary you will take some time off from your routine responsibilities to build your own self-care skills: self-awareness, self-management, and self-renewal.  You will share experiences with your peers and enhance your knowledge of ways to cope with workplace and personal pressures and changes.
