Meditation is a necessary step along the path of Yoga. Asana practice gently leads us within and starts to prepare us for meditation. Come learn the principles of meditation and how to develop a regular practice.Many recent studies recommend the benefits of meditation and how it enhances daily life. Meditation techniques are known to reduce stress, promote deep sleep, and give one an overall sense of peace and well-being.
You will learn:
Receive a basic foundation for starting or continuing your own daily practice.
Examine the simple practices of breath awareness, systematic relaxation, and seated meditation
Tools for managing the restless mind, which can disturb the inner peace.
