Fall Embodiment Program

Join us for our 10 week fall Embodiment Programs.
The fall programs will focus on stress reduction, staying fit despite injuries, assisting in a holistic connection to the body, centering the mind, and inspiring the spirit!
- Fall Program: Sept, Oct, Nov (10 Weekly Classes for $100)
- Includes Tranquility Nature Trail access and $25 off 1 Renewal Wellness Center treatment
- Students with a Series Package may also attend Embodiment classes taught by other instructors for $10 a class.
Tuesday: 5:30pm – 7:00pm – Embodying Health Through Movement
Wednesday: 9:30am -10:30am – Yoga for Every Lifestyle
6pm – 7pm – Cultivating Mindfulness Through Meditation
Thursday: 9:30am – 10:30am – Movement for Rejuvenation
5:30pm- 6:30pm – Qigong Basics for Optimal Health & Well Being
Friday: 9:30am – 10:30am – Therapeutic Yoga for Healthy Backs
Saturday: 10:00am – 11:30am – Yoga, Music, Meditation
