Program Series Starts Tuesday, Sept 10 through Saturday, Nov 16, 2013

The fall program series will focus on stress reduction, staying fit despite injuries, assisting in a holistic connection to the body, centering the mind, and inspiring the spirit!

Wednesday
9:30am -10:30am – Yoga for Every Lifestyle with Hilary Drake

6pm – 7pm – Cultivating Mindfulness Through Meditation with Scott Laurenza

Thursday

9:30am – 10:30am – Movement for Rejuvenation with Lisa Haupert & Shelli Stanback

5:30pm – 6:30pm – *** Qigong for Optimal Health & Well Being with Jan Gillespie
