Yoga for Awakening is a skill-level adaptive, breath-focused, asana class for yogis and beginners alike. Each class will be tuned to the experience level of the individuals participating with an emphasis on imparting the core yogic techniques: vinyasa (rhythmic breathing linked with movement), dhyana/drishti (focused attention), bandha (energy locks and flows), asana (alignment).
