The Wellness Day Retreat immersion is designed to assist individuals to nurture a “Sanctuary Within” by disconnecting from a highly connected world and offering ways to reconnect to their inner wisdom. The day retreat includes breakfast, Holistic Class and access to the campus contemplation destinations to support body-mind-spirit and connection to nature to help enhance one’s quality of life. The beautiful 54-acre Smoke-Pet-TV-Clock-Free campus offers additional overnight retreats and is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains along the French Broad River in Asheville, NC.

- Receive schedule
- Wellness Day Retreat Lanyards are required for Participants
- Participants will sign a new student waiver
- 8:30a-9:30a Breakfast: A healthy, locally-sourced breakfast
- 9:30a-10:30a Daily Holistic Class: Such as yoga, tai chi, and qi gong
- 10:45-11:15a Orientation: Campus tour and discussion with Mary Liske, OMS Wellness Coordinator
- 12:00p Noontime Meditation: Meet faculty in lobby for a centering class
- 12:20- 2:30p Personal Contemplation Time: This session is free time offering retreatants access to additional programing with time to explore the surrounding areas and the campus contemplative destinations, such as:
- Tranquility Trail in the 42-acre forest
- Trillium Meditation room
- Oshun Meditation room
- Labyrinth Garden and waterfall
- Sanctuary Patio
- 3 Lounges (select wifi area)
- Sauna by request (By reservation and availability)
