The 24 form is a beginner’s class designed for all ages. Tai Chi is an ancient form of martial arts practiced to increase health and improve balance. It is a moving meditation that improves mental clarity while providing physical fitness that is slow and flowing like nature. Though taught as a martial art and self-defense, by utilizing life force or “Chi” and the breath, the student can relieve stress in every aspect of life.
